AutoBuyAdvise reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Services and Pricing

AutoBuyAdvise provides independent, unbiased vehicle advisory services to individuals in the United States. Our services are offered as follows:

• Free Advisory: consultations of up to one hour in duration are provided at no charge. This includes an initial review of your needs, wants, and financial situation, along with general vehicle guidance.
• Extended Advisory: consultations exceeding one hour and up to a maximum of two hours are provided at a flat rate of $100. This includes in-depth vehicle research, specific vehicle matching, and detailed recommendations tailored to your needs.

No advisory session will exceed two hours in duration. Payment terms for extended advisory sessions will be communicated directly through the messaging platform prior to commencement.

All advice and recommendations provided through this platform are for informational and guidance purposes only. AutoBuyAdvise does not facilitate the purchase, sale, financing, or transfer of any vehicle. Final purchasing decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user.

AutoBuyAdvise does not guarantee the availability, pricing, or condition of any vehicle referenced during an advisory session. Vehicle information sourced from third-party websites is provided for reference only and is subject to change without notice.

Privacy Policy

AutoBuyAdvise is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information. Access to the platform is granted through a randomly generated unique ID, which is not linked to any personal data.

Messages exchanged through the platform are stored securely and are automatically deleted after 30 days. Feedback submitted through the feedback page may be retained indefinitely for service improvement purposes.

We do not sell, share, or distribute any user data to third parties. Your conversations are private and are only accessible to you and the AutoBuyAdvise advisor.

Unique IDs that have not been used for a period of 30 days will be automatically terminated along with all associated message history. Users are encouraged to log in regularly to maintain an active account. AutoBuyAdvise bears no responsibility for the loss of message history resulting from account inactivity.

Limitation of Liability

AutoBuyAdvise and its operator shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or reliance on any advice or recommendations provided herein.

By using AutoBuyAdvise, you acknowledge that all decisions made as a result of advisory sessions are your own, and that AutoBuyAdvise bears no responsibility for the outcome of any vehicle purchase or financial decision.
